Well, guess this one is up for debate. Hotmail itself isn't as prominent as it back in the day. It {gottaken over Microsoft long ago, and now it's part of their platform of email {services|. That means you can still find Hotmail accounts, but they're more like something from the past. Most people these days are other options like Outlook or Gmail.
